A Night of
QUEEN MAGIC

MAGIC in action on 2nd October 1999

On Saturday 2nd October 1999 I went to the Cheltenham Town Hall to see a third tribute band to QUEEN, this time the band went under the name of MAGIC. Whilst they were not (and did not claim to be) QUEEN look-a-likes, and in my opinion, not as good as the other two QUEEN tribute bands. I was however, very impressed with the fact that they performed some tracks that Queen never performed live like, INNUENDO, THE SHOW MUST GO ON, and A WINTER'S TALE. Another track that impressed me was FLASH GORDON, which is another track I never heard QUEEN perform live. As well as doing these tracks they did perform the standard QUEEN songs like BICYCLE RACE, KILLER QUEEN, WHO WANTS TO LIVE FOREVER, RADIO GA GA, WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS, and BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY.
